VUFO (Vietnam Urban Forum Online) is operating based on the commitments of its members to support the course of urban development in Vietnam. The members benefit from activities of the Forum, thus define their roles and contributions to the Forum.

At first, the activities of the Forum still have ad hoc characteristic and satisfy immediate goals such as presentations, workshops, policy dialogs, exchanges of experience and lessons,... Later, if the financial condition allows, the Forum will have more long term and strategic activities, such as, studies in topics, policy formulation, information database, dissemination, awareness campaign, capacity building etc.
