Default Hanoi-Paris-Rio de Janeiro mobile exhibition

A mobile installation art exhibition will open at the French Culture Centre (L’Espace), 24 Trang Tien, Hanoi on July 29, with the participation of artists from Vietnam, France and Brazil.

Contributing to this exhibition are painters Dinh Gia Le, Nguyen Xuan Lan and Vu Duc Trung from Vietnam, Pat Cam, Annie Barel, Eric Huynh and Annie Thi from France, Mauricio Seidl, Ronald Duarte de Oliveira and Hubert Viudes from Brazil.

The exhibition called “Metropole” is an exchange project among artists from different countries. They met to think about and create a team artwork.

They are citizens from big cities so their work reflects questions of individuals living in big cities.

The project is divided into three phases, Hanoi (7/2009), Paris (5/2010) and Rio de Janeiro (7/2010) because these artists come from the three above cities.

In Hanoi, the exhibition will close on August 8.
