The Federation of Civil Engineering Associations (VFCEA) (formerly the Vietnam Construction Association founded in 1992) is a non profit, umbrella organization with 13 specialized member Associations and 40 Associations of provinces and cities 38 Colletive members.

· Member of the Vietnam Union of Science & Technology Associations (VUSTA)

· Member of the Asian Civil Engineering Coordinating Council (ACECC).

· Having relationship with the Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE), the Korean Society of Civil Engineers (KSCE) the Engineers Australia (EA), the China Civil Engineering Society (CCES), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Philipines Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE), the China Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering (CICHE) (Taiwan), the Association Lao of Architects and Civil Engineers (ALACE) and some foreign countries’ professional associations in the field of construction.

· Participating in activities of the ASEAN Federation of Engineers organizations (AFEO) in quality of VUSTA member.
