Cat Ba Amatina takes shape

Vinaconex ITC, a domestic real estate developer and Swiss-Attixs International Hotels S.A. of Switzerland, last week moved a big step towards providing high-end hospitality and international standard services for the $1 billion Cat Ba Amatina project on Cat Ba Island. 

A Hospitality Development Services Agreement (HDSA) signed in Hanoi by Tran Ngoc Quang, general director of Vinaconex ITC, and Robert Galli, group executive director of Swiss-Attixs International Hotels S.A will further this goal. 

The agreement aims to achieve an overview understanding between project’s partners and potential developers of the various projects in Cat Ba Island, Haiphong. It consists of a high-end hospitality development services provision, including structuring financing for this integrated project. 

With this agreement, potential investors who seek opportunities to invest in this project will receive the comprehensive support to implement their business, develop and manage project’s components at international standard with the goal of high profitability. 

The French Land Design Group-designed, 172 hectare Cat Ba Amatina is a resort complex that consists of seven resort areas divided into five sub-areas with 800 villas, three marinas, a tourist vessel wharf, an international convention centre, an international commercial-service centre, a sport and entertainment complex and seven five-star and four-star hotels.
