Korean developer GS launches 5star luxury condominium project Xi Riverview Palace.
A new concept of housing is coming to Ho Chi Minh City. Over the past 3 decades GS have been involved with building innovative concept housing in Korea, providing a new mode of living for Koreans through their “Xi” complexes, Korea’s most sophisticated and luxurious apartment line. Xi Riverview Palace represents the developer’s first residential condominium launch in Ho Chi Minh City offering luxurious, state of the art living in the up market Thao Dien area of District 2. With outstanding views scanning the Saigon River, the development will incorporate a new design concept never seen before in Vietnam. Mr Han Chief of Sales Office of GS says “When we sell an apartment we don’t just sell a home, we sell a lifestyle.”
So what can we expect from Xi living? Undoubtedly one of the most outstanding features of the development is the fact that there are only 4 units on each floor, the first time this has been seen in Vietnam. Mr Han adds “One of the biggest complaints of apartment living is that there is a lack of privacy. Our units overcome this by having no sharing walls and a unique slit structure providing residents with added separation, ventilation and soundproofing.” Further to this the development comprises only 270 condominium units over 3 separate buildings, adding to the exclusive and superior feel of the project, creating a villa environment within a condominium complex. The development also offers a range of state of the art, facilities. Not only is there a luxury pool area, tennis court and fitness centre but also an indoor golf facility, a library and separate guest rooms all for residents exclusive use. CBRE have been appointed as lead sales agent on the project. Nguyen Nguyen Thai, Associate Director of CBREs Residential Project Marketing department says “The level of facilities of this project is unlike any other on offer in Vietnam. Units here provide buyers with high- class community living comparable to that of a superior 5star luxury hotel rather than a condominium complex.”
GS are renowned in Korea as lead residential developers in the use of cutting edge design technology. Each condominium on offer reflects this with an advanced “Xi” home network system to include remote access controls for gas and lighting, a Xi Master Key system providing sophisticated access control for all residents and a high speed IT infrastructure. The complex will also involve the use of solar panels in order to provide residents with the opportunity to not only save money on electricity, but to be one of the first residential buyers in Vietnam to make a positive contribution to the environment. Environmental business is also one of the core business practices of GS along with Civil Engineering, Plant Industries and Architecture. Mr Han says that “Through “Xi”, we want to give our buyers the opportunity to invest in something that provides them with a clean and fresh life with green energy.”
Xi Riviera Palace, which will be officially launched on 29th May at the showroom site at Lot 301 Nguyen Van Huong Street Thao Dien district 2, offers the ultimate in superior and sophisticated living and the unit’s spacious composition and ergonomic design once again remind you of a luxury resort. Featuring the best in modern technology, ground-breaking design, state of the art facilities and luxurious interiors, Xi Riverview Palace marks the first development of its kind here, bringing the best in residential development from Korea to Vietnam.
