In the near future, we will have two modern skylines in Tay Ho Tay and in Northern Red River.
What do you think about forming a nice skyline for Hoan Kiem District on the Red River bank? It should be more a "historical" one with only low-rises.
They should learn from European cities how to make a river bank attractive. You can compare the importance of it with like a face of a person. Thats why it is supposed to be beautiful and eye-catching.
I mean get inspired by the form and the way only. Nevertheless, HN's skyline has to be unique.
- big buildings, but low
- architectural style: neo-classical, art nouveau, art deco, indochine style, neo-vietnamese
- one landmark in term of pagoda/ church or an inconic (modern possible) structure
- mini harbour for traditional boats
As for now, the red river bank looks so underdeveloped. Furthermore, they still can plan it since not many projects have been planned there.
