The World Bank (WB) will provide an additional loan of $14.5 million to help improve the environmental hygiene for Nha Trang city in the southern province of Khanh Hoa, according to the WB’s representatives.
An agreement to this effect is scheduled to be signed in mid-May and come into effect in August, 2011.
The agreement is part of the WB’s assistance to finance aproject on improving environmental hygiene in the coastal cities of Vietnam.
So far, the WB has provided $72 million for the project.
